TURKESTAN ENTERED THE LIST OF TOP 10 TOURIST DEstinATIONS OF THE FUTURE
Turkestan entered the list of Top 10 tourist destinations of the future. International rating Tourism Locations of the Future 2019/2020.
1 According to the fDi Intelligence rating published by the Financial Times, Turkestan has become one of the top 10 tourist destinations of the future in terms of foreign direct investment strategy.
Turkestan was awarded in such categories as Infrastructure Modernization and Cultural Tourism. Moreover, the city was recognized as the most actively developing and promising tourist destination in 2019. Particular attention was paid to the special economic zone «TURKISTAN», which, along with the SEZ of Azerbaijan, was noted in the nomination «Special Economic Zone». Turkestan’s excellent performance in the ranking demonstrates dynamic infrastructure development, attractive investment incentives, and promising prospects.
