A KAZAKHSTAN-TURKISH BUSINESS FORUM WAS HELD ON NOVEMBER 10 IN ISTANBUL (TURKEY)
A Kazakhstan-Turkish business forum was held on november 10 in Istanbul (Turkey)
Prime Minister of Kazakhstan A. Mamin and Vice President of Turkey F. Oktay opened a business forum, which was attended by about 700 Turkish and 150 Kazakh business representatives. ⠀ A delegation from the SEZ «TURKISTAN» also participated in this forum and held several bilateral meetings with representatives of Turkish business, the leadership of Tesiad Federasyonu, Nurol Holding, Kibar Holding, Çalık Holding, Koç Holding, «Çukurova Holdıng», etc.
During the forum, Deputy Akim of the Turkestan region M. Myrzaliev spoke at the panel session «Roadshow of investment opportunities in the regions – special economic zones of the Republic of Kazakhstan». Also, in the format of the discussion, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC MC «TURKISTAN» SEZ A. Menlibekov spoke about the existing tax and customs preferences in the territory of the «TURKISTAN» SEZ. As a result of the forum, Turkish businessmen showed interest in the revival of Turkestan as the center of the Turkic world.
