Hazrat Sultan Airport has started its operation in Turkestan. All these works will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the rapid development of tourism in the city and the social and economic development of the region,» said Arman Zhetpisbai, the first deputy akim of Turkestan region, who participated in the ceremony.
The first deputy governor of the Turkestan region noted that FlyArystan, Scat, and Qazaq air airlines will operate flights from Turkestan to Nur-Sultan with a frequency of 6 flights a week and 4 flights a week to Almaty. It is planned to open-air flights to other cities of the country, foreign countries, including Istanbul, Turkey.
