On May 5, 2020, an agreement was concluded between the Management Company of the «TURKISTAN» SEZ and «Turkistan Silkway Harbor» LLP on the implementation of activities as a participant in the special economic zone.
Turkistan Silkway Harbor LLP was founded in the structure of the Turkish holding Sembol Construction.
«Caravan Saray» Complex with the volume of investments – 88.5 billion. tenge, with an area of 12.5 hectares, will be located in the historical center of the city of Turkestan. ⠀ The goal of the project is to acquaint domestic and foreign tourists with the ancient history of the city and to serve the development of tourism infrastructure.
